FAQs

  • What should I expect when coming in for a salt cave halotherapy session?

    • You should arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This gives you time to fill out a brief questionnaire for your service and put on slippers prior to your session.  Comfortable clothing is recommended. After the salt cave session we will open doors and if you booked another service, we’ll escort you to that treatment room and provide you with a brief overview of benefits, instructions and answer any questions you may have. Relax and enjoy!
  • Should I make an appointment or just walk in for a salt cave session or other spa service?

    • We always recommend making an appointment for any of our services. This will ensure you will have the time you selected and if enjoying multiple services, we can properly schedule each service so you don’t have to wait for a service.
    • We will try our best if you walk in with no appointment to accommodate your request.
  • Are children welcome in the salt cave or spa area?

    • Children are welcome in the salt cave as halotherapy is safe and healthy for the little ones too! It’s great for anxiety, insomnia and kids just love to play in the salt.
    • Children over 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and if others are in the salt cave, we ask that proper behavior is expected to be respectful to others who are enjoying their session.
    • If you are coming in for a massage, sauna or salt bed treatment, we ask that children do not accompany you to these appointments.
  • How often do I need to visit the salt cave to experience the full benefits of halotherapy?

    • You’ll feel the effects of halotherapy even after one 45-minute session. Depending on your health and if you have any breathing conditions, you may need to visit more frequently. The number of visits varies by the individual, but it is not uncommon for some people to visit daily or 3X a week to feel the full effects of halotherapy. Since everyone’s body is different, results will vary from person to person.
    • The benefits of halotherapy are accumulative and consistency is key. If you’re just looking to incorporate salt therapy into your wellness routine, you will benefit from a weekly session. Halotherapy is safe to use on a daily basis if desired.
    • If you have any concerns about visiting our salt caves on a more frequent basis, we recommend consulting with your physician.
  • I’d like to enjoy a massage or infrared sauna with a friend or my significant other - can that be done?

    • Yes, we have a couples massage room to enjoy a massage together as well as separate rooms if you prefer based on your comfort level. When making an appointment, please mention you would like a couples massage.
    • We can also do massages in our salt cave for a truly unique experience.
    • Our infrared sauna seats up to three people comfortably.
  • I’m planning a group event – can you accommodate this?

    • Yes, we can accommodate office parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, girl’s night out and any other group events. We’ll even offer special hours for a private event to enjoy our salt caves and spa services. Give us a call and we’ll make it a truly memorable experience.

  • I have further questions about your services, what’s the best way to get more information?

    • One of our helpful associates can help answer your questions.
    • If you have any concerns about specific health questions, we recommend you discuss our treatments with your physician prior to making an appointment.
