Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation Event
For the very first time, Harmony Salt Cave is offering Restorative Yoga & Meditation in the serene environment of our Large Salt Cave. This all-new event will take place on Wednesday, September 10 at 6:00 PM.
Surrounded by the soft glow of Himalayan salt, Experienced Yoga Teacher Diane Rawlinson will guide you through supported yoga poses designed to release tension and guided meditation to calm your mind. This workshop is designed to promote relaxation and mental clarity while encouraging self-awareness and mindfulness.
Every attendee will also experience the wellness benefits of salt therapy (Halotherapy), including easier breathing, boosted immunity and greater stress relief.
This event is open to all skill levels and offers a welcoming space for anyone seeking stress relief, mindfulness and quiet connection.

Meet Experienced Yoga Teacher Diane Rawlinson
With over 40 years in yoga, dance and somatic movement, Diane Rawlinson brings an individualized approach to her teaching. A registered Experienced Yoga Teacher and long-time educator, she leads with compassion, mindfulness and a passion for helping others through the transformative power of healing movement practices.
She holds a Dance Education degree from The Ohio State University and an MFA from UW-Madison. Throughout her life, Diane complemented her dance training with Pilates, Interplay Improvisation, Kinesiology, Injury Prevention and a wide range of teaching methods and alternative movement approaches. She served on dance faculties at Northwestern University, UW-Stevens Point and the University of Akron. She is currently a faculty member at Loyola University.
